Our Program

What We Offer: The experience of a comprehensive and organized instructional plan, paired with the autonomy of a small-scale private program.

Step 1:

After inquiring about partnering with this program, a form will be sent to the involved family or another support system, alongside the potential student. This will involve collecting some basic surveys and an (optional) review of accessible existing data from previous educational experiences.

Step 2:

After reviewing this information, we will have a meeting to share what needs may be met within our current business, instructional hours, and resources available. A schedule of working and reflection times will be agreed upon, as well as a presentation of our expectations and handbook agreements.

Step 4:

While our long-term goal includes various employment opportunities for our students, step 4 will be determined on an individual basis. The timeline of this program is flexible and dependent on need. The goal, for many of our students, will be heading into the workforce with confidence, a strong reference from our program, and the skills needed to self-advocate for any accommodations needed to succeed.

Step 3:

A gradual release of control will exist within the unique timeline of the student. upon working, there will be a reflection and instructional time that addresses the goals. At a minimum, there will be bi-weekly communication on the progress of the student.

Parent Input

Terry & Sharon-

“We have 3 daughters with special needs. Previous government-funded programs sounded great on paper and then our girls left without any practical skills and no clear communication of what goals they were working on. Olivia has addressed these issues already in the pre-planning phases we have met with her.”
